Cheswold is at it again...

Just read the article in the News Journal about the financial troubles the town continues to have.  My first question is, how can they go this many years without paying one red cent to Mr. Vann and not have the courts step in and do something?  Any one else would have had their properties sold off and their bank accounts taken long before now if they owed a debt such as this.  Secondly Mrs. Callendar should be removed from council IMMEDIATELY for the comments she made in that article regarding the town residents.  Her comment and I quote, "I think every person, every resident, every citizen has a right to their opinion.  People make their statements based on the information and the knowledge they have at the time, most of the time.  Some of them are just vicious, vindictive people."  I'm sorry but how can someone that represents the town residents and is suppose to be proper and appropriate be allowed to talk about their town residents that way?  The town residents know all too well about the financial burdens the town is under as do the people in the rest of this state.  I believe she needs to step down or be forced to step down and give a formal apology to all of the town residents for the ignorant and disrespectful comment she made.

Cheswold is at it again...

Joanna,    It continues to go on and on and on etc. because the residents of the Town of Cheswold allow it.  They apparently do not have enough pride in the town or where they reside to care. They seem to have the attitude that just let me pay the town taxes and leave me alone. The reason the town has gotten is so much legal problems is because the quality and experience of those that govern the town is just about non-existant.  I hope you don't mind, but I would like to send a shout out to  BARNEY RUBBLE are you still out there if so respond to me that quarry man.
