Well . . . .  now that you mention it Biker, it IS Bush's fault! It's Bush's fault for ignoring the real war in Afghanistan for so long and fabricating a fake war in Iraq. It's Bush's fault for overextending our military. It's Bush's fault for forcing these young men and women to be in the position of having to fight two wars at once. It's Bush's fault that this soldier was on his forth deployment. It's Bush's fault that he listened to neo-cons like Cheney who wanted to fight a war for oil and got caught up in a quagmire instead. Feel better now?

Obama has had over three years to correct that. What has he done but cut the military,  send 30,000 troops to Afghanastan! Then there is Libya and Yemen! None of that is Bush's fault!

Even though I think its a waste of time, kind of like beating Yo head against a Brick Wall but must still give YO an A+ for effort all the same! Bologna you can post all the cute one liners you want but don't pretend to understand what it's like to be on the frontline during battle.  This soldier had no business being deployed as many times as he was,.  We have more military personnel being treated for mental illness related disorders than ever before. We as a nation need to ask why is this being allowed to happen. Why are we backdoor drafting our troops, who were the ones who volunteered to serve our country and making deployment times longer?

POLITICS   every politician knows it would be the kiss of death to their career if they proposed or supported the draft being re-instated. So instead the men and women who volunteer to serve get shafted by the very government they defend.
