Capital School District's Spending Habit

I agree with LittleDebbie's Comments 100% about Capital's Spending Habit and the Montrosity of an Administration Building they now have. In my travel's I have seen many of the School District Offices in Delaware and Capital Definitely Takes the Cake on this one. I am not doubting they needed a new office but the "Taj Mahal was not necessary".  "I guess King Thomas will have an Oval Office Setting at the taxpayers expense."

everything that is happening at capital administration is directly tied to dover's lously voting turn out. I do not know how you explain administrators' raises and excessive building expenditures when your high school is under state control and two elementary schools are one step from state control. lewis and lindell need one more elected  member to gain control of the board. I wonder if you folks can get the job done.

I don't know why everyone is picking on Dr. Thomas? When my 16 year old daughter got in trouble, Dr. Thomas took care of it and then took her out for ice cream. He is not a bad guy. He is trying to get better teachers then what we got now in the schools. He is building new high school that will be named after him that will help the kids get good grades and not be in tight classrooms and have brand new computers with desks. I read in paper that people are complaining about price of new high school but if you want new you have to pay. He was kinda enough to get my alcoholic brother a job as janitor so, leave him alone

After reading Deep Throats Comments, I am Concerned and ask was Thomas helping this girl out of trouble with a school related issue during school business and since when was it established that the New High School would be called Thomas High School? Deep Throat makes Thomas out to look like Chester. I hope that isn't the case. And since when do they hire alcoholics, isn't that against policy and don't they do background checks before hiring? I know it's not against the law to drink but what gives? Isn't it a liability if someone get hurt from drinking on the job?
