All history enthusiasts are invited to join the Laurel Historical Society, the town of Laurel, The Laurel Chamber of Commerce and the Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs as they open the doors of the newly restored Laurel Train Station and cut the ribbon on the long awaited Laurel Heritage Museum.
The ceremony will take place at the train station promptly at 1 p.m. during the Laurel Fourth of July Celebration, with the doors of the museum opening immediately after the program.
