DOVER - Hundreds of Delaware law enforcement officers were on Legislative Mall Wednesday afternoon to pay their respects to those officers who died in the line of duty.

The Delaware Fraternal Order of Police ceremony included brief comments from Kathy Szczerba, wife of former New Castle County officer Lt. Joseph L. Szczerba who was killed in the line of duty in 2011.
