A special section of the Delaware State News, "Celebrating Black History," features stories and photos of residents who experienced desegregation in Delaware and those who are working to keep history alive. The section also includes proclamations by the state and the city of Dover recognizing February as Black History Month and a list of events that will be held through Kent County.
